“Imagine all of us having energy flowing in our bodies that brings us back to Original Brilliance through something as simple and available as our own touch. Now that is a magic that we can all have!” — Ellen Dee Davidson, Author of Forest Bathing in Ancient Redwoods

The TARA Approach is a clinically tested, trauma informed and culturally sensitive protocol that has been used effectively for people of all ages to move beyond trauma and shock to thrive and inhabit Original Brilliance. It is a synthesis of the Art of Compassion, a subtle, applied touch practice that has been clinically tested, with neuroscience.

Developed by Dr. Stephanie Mines, the TARA Approach is documented in clinical trials and publications focusing on recovery from combat shock, neurodiversity, traumatic brain injury, and sexual abuse. Dr. Mines is an embryologist and neuroscientist with forty years of experience. She specializes in Pre and Perinatal Psychology and human development. She developed the Regenerative Health for A Climate Changing World model. She is a fellow of the Planetary Health Lab of the University of Edinburgh and an award-winning poet. She is also the author of The Secret of Resilience and five other books on trauma resolution. For more information about Dr. Mines and her publications go to www.stephaniemines.com.
